Role

This position is primarily tasked to provide clerical and administrative support in the effective and efficient implementation of all operating and work activities of the Sales Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Book sales for the Sales segment assigned to, includes preparation of other documents as needed.
  • Perform administrative functions such as filing of files and SO’s, ensure that files of the Sales segment assigned to is updated and complete, proper upkeep of records and follow-up on phone calls and customer inquiries.
  • Make reports, letters, and quotations when directed
  • Assist in the monitoring and follow-up of sales orders, deliveries and collections.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the Director, Sales and Marketing / Sales Managers / Supervisors from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or its equivalent from a reputable University/College
  • With at least one (1) year of significant experience as sales or administrative staff gained from a manufacturing firm of electrical wire and cable products is an advantage.
  • Has above average knowledge and ability to manipulate MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills: written and oral.
  • Can speak and understand Bisaya dialect is an advantage.

Sales Engineer – Davao Region

Role

He/she will be responsible position to promote and sell Phelps Dodge wires and cables to prospective customers within the assigned area or industrial sector as well as ensure that he/she delivers the required sales quota within the prescribed MI.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells Phelps Dodge products to customers in the assigned area. Meets his/her target sales quota within the prescribed marginal profits.
  • Meets and discusses with immediate superior status of on-going transaction and collection problems.
  • Coordinates orders of the customers with the plant and logistics and monitors that these orders are delivered on time.
  • Prepares and submits monthly sales and collection forecasts.
  • Prepares the budget and strategies to achieve said budget
  • Collects from clients’ accounts due according to approved and agreed terms.
  • Calls on concerned customers on a regular basis to follow-up on-going requirements or take their orders.

Job Requirements

  • Conducts sales presentations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any relevant Engineering Course or its equivalent from a reputable University/College;
  • At least one (1) year minimum working experience from a related industry is an advantage.

Maintenance Planner/Scheduler - Tarlac

Role

Responsible for the preparation of labor/materials and date of implementation of work activities assigned to plant engineering such as corrective, preventive maintenance works and other related services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees/plans the conduct of the works for the maintenance and upkeep of the plant’s production machineries and utilities.
  • Prepare manning, spare parts, and materials needed prior to performing requested works and coordinate with concerned departments prior to implementation.
  • Provides drawings and specifications such as built drawings and other materials for machine shop fabrications.
  • Prepares in-house estimates for building and ground projects as basis for comparative analysis of bids received from vendors and suppliers.
