Our Manufacturing Hub
PDP's Tarlac Plant functions as the central manufacturing hub for the company's wire and cable products, utilizing cutting-edge technology for efficient operations. Notably, it houses the sole Continuous Cast Vulcanizing Line in the Philippines and automotive wire extrusion lines meeting global standards. The facility operates advanced THHN lines with multi-wire drawing capabilities, high-speed stranding machines, and computer-aided extrusion machines, facilitating faster product processing. Employing a Lean Manufacturing System, the Tarlac Plant optimizes production cycle time for just-in-time delivery, streamlining operations, minimizing waste, and maximizing efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. This systematic approach ensures the prompt delivery of high-quality wire and cable products to meet the evolving needs of customers.
