Phelps Dodge Philippines, in partnership with Massive Trading, extended relief aid to flood-affected communities in Pampanga, providing essential goods to families affected by the prolonged flooding in several areas of the province.
On September 18, 2026, despite floodwaters still being waist-deep in some areas, Phelps Dodge representatives navigated through the flooded areas to personally distribute relief goods containing rice, noodles, canned goods, and other essential food items.
The relief operation covered several communities in Minalin, Pampanga, including Sto. Domingo, Sta. Maria, Lourdes, Brgy. Sta. Catalina, Brgy. Sta. Francisco, and the San Isidro evacuation areas, reaching out to approximately 400 Filipinos who have been affected by the prolonged flooding.
This initiative reflects Phelps Dodge Philippines’ commitment to being customer-focused and creating value beyond its core business.
