Phelps Dodge Philippines joined the vibrant electrical engineering community of Central Luzon during the IIEE Regional Conference held last June 20–21, 2025, at the NEUST Sumacab Campus in Cabanatuan City.

The two-day event, hosted by the IIEE Central Luzon Region, brought together professionals, educators, students, and industry leaders under one roof, all aligned with this year’s national theme: “IIEE: Celebrating 50 Years of Integrity, Innovation, Empowerment, and Excellence.” The venue buzzed with energy as participants attended technical seminars, explored the latest industry products, and engaged in conversations on the evolving landscape of electrical engineering in the Philippines.

As one of the conference exhibitors, Phelps Dodge Philippines showcased its portfolio of high-quality electrical wires and cables, designed for today’s demanding applications across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Attendees—including Registered Electrical Engineers (REEs), Registered Master Electricians (RMEs), and aspiring students—visited the Phelps Dodge booth to learn more about the company’s commitment to safety, reliability, and innovation.

More than just a product showcase, the event served as a platform to build relationships—both with long-time industry professionals and with the future generation of engineers. The Phelps Dodge team had meaningful interactions with participants who were eager to understand how trusted, high-performance cabling solutions play a critical role in building smarter and safer communities.
