Description

It is designed to meet the highest international standards for quality and safety, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and residential applications. Phelps Dodge THHN/THWN-2 Wires are durable, strong, and long-lasting. Its insulation is flame retardant which ensures that it can self-extinguish within seconds during fire providing enhanced safety to houses, buildings, and/or any industrial facilities.

Application

  • When used as type THHN/THWN-2, conductors are suitable for use in wet or dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90ยฐC both dry and wet locations or not to exceed 75ยฐC exposed to oil and gasoline.
  • For 50mmยฒ-500mmยฒ, Cable tray (CT) rated THHN/THWN-2 can be installed in Cable Trays
