Sales Supervisor - Luzon

Role

The Sales Supervisor oversees the sales team, including Sales Engineers and supporting Senior Sales Engineers in achieving the sales objectives set by the organization. This role is pivotal in strategic planning, team management, and aligning sales strategies with the company's broader goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Team Supervision and Development:

  • Directly supervises Sales Engineers and coordinates with Senior Sales Engineers to ensure effective team dynamics and achievement of sales targets.
  • Responsible for strategic sales planning, overseeing the implementation of sales strategies, and managing the sales team's performance.

Sales Execution:

  • Actively promote and sell Phelps Dodge products within the assigned area, achieving personal and team sales quotas.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers to ensure timely and effective customer service and order fulfillment.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and enhance customer relationships at an operational level, addressing immediate needs and operational issues.
  • Facilitate interactions between Sales Engineers and clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Operational Coordination:

  • Ensure efficient coordination between sales activities and internal departments such as logistics and plant operations to guarantee timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Oversee critical order management and resolve any logistical challenges that may impact customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field. Advanced degrees or certifications in management or leadership are preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience, including experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
