Sales Specialist - Zamboanga

Role

Drives sales and market growth through distributor and key account management, trade marketing, and market analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities

Distributor and Key Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors and key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are kept up-to-date with PD products and innovations.
  • Strategize and implement value-creating initiatives with key trade accounts to enhance business growth and brand loyalty.

Trade Marketing and Promotions:

  • Coordinate and execute trade promotions and ensure the availability of POS materials and promotional support together with Marketing Promotions to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Visit projects and trade accounts to promote PD products, increasing brand presence and market penetration.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market, customer, and competitor analyses to gather insights that inform sales strategies and product positioning together with Market Research.
  • Regularly report on market trends, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of sales strategies to the Sales Supervisor and Manager.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Strong communication and mathematical skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and is a self-starter.
  5. Demonstrates strategic thinking, strong analytical abilities, and proactive decision-making.
  6. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
