EFS Team Leader (Electrical)

Role

The EFS Team Leader manages daily maintenance operations and supervises technical staff to ensure efficient performance of all plant machinery and equipment. This role focuses more on tactical management within the plant’s operational framework.

Duties & Responsibilities

Supervisory Functions:

  • Oversee and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient repairs and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assign maintenance tasks based on scheduled and emergent needs, monitoring completion and efficacy.
  • Develop and implement motivational programs to enhance employee morale and productivity.
  • Regularly inspect work areas and practices for compliance with safety standards to prevent incidents and ensure the use of proper protective equipment.

Maintenance Functions:

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in machinery and facility areas following maintenance work.
  • Coordinate the resolution of electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and spare parts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery, auxiliary equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Compile and submit regular maintenance reports, offering insights and recommendations for procedural improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance within a related industry, with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity.
  • Deep knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and driver controllers. Familiar with advanced safety systems and processes.
