Purchasing Supervisor

Role

Seeking a proactive Purchasing Supervisor to lead sourcing, supplier management, and procurement for electrical products, services, and turnkey projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for outsourced electrical products and contracting services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers and service providers.
  • Collaborate with commercial and project teams to understand material and service requirements for new business operations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in electrical products, equipment, on contracting services.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to a growing business environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Well-adept in computer applications such as Excel, ERP platforms, and other procurement tools
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized
