Promotions & Engagement Associate

Role

Supports the execution of brand programs, promotions, and activations while ensuring strong coordination, documentation, and impactful brand presence across channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Engagement Program Implementation
  • Assist in the rollout and execution of engagement programs such as Bida Builder and Bida Builder Pro
  • Support implementation of planned program calendars and activities
  • Coordinate with Sales, Trade, and partner associations for program execution and participation
  1. Trade Promotions & Activations Execution
  • Support planning and execution of store activations, dealer programs, and presentations
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and on-ground requirements
  • Ensure proper Marketing involvement in activation planning and execution
  • Assist in post-activity reviews, documenting execution quality, feedback, and key learnings
  1. Brand Compliance & Execution Monitoring
  • Assist in monitoring execution of materials (POS, collaterals, activations) against approved brand guidelines
  • Conduct store and partner checks; flag non-compliant materials and coordinate corrective actions
  • Support rollout of updated branding templates and materials
  • Assist in brand compliance tracking
  1. Digital Content Support
  • Capture on-ground content (photos/videos) during activations and program activities
  • Coordinate with Creatives for content requirements and alignment with campaign needs
  • Support basic content preparation or editing for digital use (as needed)
  • Ensure outputs are consistent with campaign themes and messaging
  1. Monitoring, Reporting & Insights
  • Track program and activation performance (participation, engagement, feedback)
  • Consolidate reports for review, including:
    • Execution summaries
    • Program outcomes
    • Areas for improvement
  • Support preparation of quarterly reviews and documentation of insights
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Brand & Digital Marketing Officer, Creative team, and Sales/Trade teams
  • Provide field insights to improve program design and campaign effectiveness

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  2. Experience in trade marketing, activations, or retail execution
  3. Understanding of branding basics and content standards
  4. Experience in trade execution is an advantage
  5. Basic content capture (photo/video) capability is an advantage.
  6. Strong coordination and organizational skills
  7. Good communication (written and verbal)
  8. Basic understanding of branding and campaign execution
  9. Familiarity with social media and digital platforms
  10. Ability to handle fieldwork and multi-tasking.
